Values of Vision360

Vision360 has been established upon the following values:

1.  Kingdom Minded
Vision360 brings churches, networks and denominations together in a city-reaching strategy that enables more churches to start while providing greater diversity and impact within the city.

2.  Globally Connected           

We provide connection and support by encouraging church planters from around the world to learn from each other by utilizing best practices in initiating and serving church planting movements.

3.  City Engaged  

Vision360’s collaborative commitments within each city include a high priority of prayer and churches working cooperatively to transform their city with decisions made locally. 

4.   Local Church Multiplying 

Vision360 believes that churches multiply churches.  To serve this mission, Vision360 supports this effort by placing a high value on church planting families and seeks to serve them and the local movement with best practices in assessing, training, coaching, resourcing and connecting.  Each church plant will give back an agreed upon percentage of their general fund offerings in order to create a self-sustaining, city reaching ministry. Our standard agreement is a minimum of 5% of general fund offerings returned to that local city movement to fund future church plants.
